Cala Bassa is a beautiful sandy cove 10 km from Sant Josep de sa Talaia. It’s very popular with tourists and convenient for those staying at the nearby campsite, and can also be reached by boat from Sant Antoni.
A very pretty cove with three clearly distinct areas: a small saltwater lagoon, a rocky stretch leading into the cove, and the main, wider sandy area. There’s a nearby campsite, Camping Cala Bassa (971344599), with its own bus stop, and the beach has an amphibious wheelchair for visitors with reduced mobility.
