La Xanga is a small bay within the Ses Salines Natural Park, between Platja d’en Bossa and Platja d’es Cavallet. It’s a very quiet, charming spot favoured by locals; the boat sheds at either end of the area are the busiest bathing spots.
The area is mostly rocky, with some pebbly stretches where posidonia seagrass often washes ashore. Boat sheds at both ends of the area are used by bathers, and parking is near the old defence tower, the Torre de sa Sal Rossa, also known as Torre d’es Carregador.
