Sa Pedrera, also known as Atlantis, is an old quarry where stone was once extracted for buildings in Ibiza town. Today it’s well known for the mystical atmosphere surrounding it, and its westward orientation offers beautiful sunsets that light up the carved rock throughout the site.
An old sandstone quarry where hippies once carved various figures into the rock. There are several natural pools. We recommend bringing plenty of water, as the climb back up is tough, and there’s a nearby hiking route to the Torre d’es Savinar, also known as the Torre d’es Pirata.
