S’Escullat, or Pas de sa Guardiola, is a very narrow passage leading to a larger area of land at Cala Portinatx. There’s a small sandy beach here with a cave visible to the right, and views across to the fishing area of Cala Portinatx. It’s little visited.
An unusual bathing spot just to the right of Cala Portinatx, marking the point where a small island connects to the rest of Ibiza. You need to follow the coastline to get there, but take care — some of the paths leading in are very dangerous. Always look for the easiest, safest route.
